Beach walk

Barmouth beach walk

This walk is a loop showing the two shortest ways to the beach in a loop. From the house head up to Llanaber Road and turn left away from town. Walk a few hundred yards and about one hundred yards past some railings (with a sheer drop underneath and excellent sea views) turn down a steep tarmac path (with railings) to Wern Mynach. There are a few steps just at the bottom and then you stay right and head under the railway to the beach.

A walk along part of the beach at low tide makes the loop a pleasurable quick walk. Especially if the sun is setting.
